Group Management Accountant

I’m working with a well-established distribution business that is looking to appoint a Group Management Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is a key role within the organisation, supporting the production of accurate financial reporting and ensuring the smooth running of group finance operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Consolidation of group accounts across multiple entities
• Production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• P&L reporting and variance analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintaining strong financial controls and reporting standards
• Management and development of two direct reports within the finance team
• Assisting with process improvements across finance operations

 

The client is looking for:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
• Previous experience producing monthly management accounts
• Experience delivering budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced finance environment
• Previous experience within a multi-entity or distribution business would be advantageous
