Primary School Teacher

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Halesowen is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This Ofsted-rated Good school is looking for a passionate educator who can inspire young learners, contribute positively to school life, and bring fresh ideas, creativity, and innovation into the classroom. The leadership team values individuality and is keen to welcome a teacher who is excited to share their own inspirations and approaches to teaching and learning.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Inspire pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
• Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Support pupil progress, attainment, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community
• Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to curriculum delivery and enrichment opportunities
