Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £15 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, rotating weekly

Key Production Operative Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment proficiently to produce products according to production sheets
- Ensure production meets quality standards
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Collect finished product and prepare it for dispatch to the customer
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily targets
- Accurately complete production reports and other necessary documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of high-quality performance.

Skills Required:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a production environment
- Previous experience in a production or machine operating position is essential
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
